We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. However, if you have a concern about your order, we encourage you to reach out — we're happy to discuss your experience.
All Sales Final : Due to the curated and surprise nature of our Treasure Boxes, all sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately or within 12 hrs with photos of the issue. We will evaluate each case individually. Exchanges are only considered in the event of an error on our part.
